Payment

Customers must pay 50% of the total order price as a down payment before production begins.

The remaining balance must be settled before receiving the final products.

Cancellation Policy

JM Escalante does not usually experience order cancellations, but if one occurs, a 15% damage fee will be deducted from the 50% down payment.

Additional deductions apply based on the cost of materials already used.

Note: If production costs exceed the down payment, the customer must cover any additional expenses.

Stock and Fabric Availability

Stock tracking is manually conducted to ensure fabric availability before processing an order.

Orders are subject to the availability of materials at the time of confirmation.

Design and Modification Policy

Customers may provide a pre-layout design, or JM Escalante staff can create one based on customer preferences.

Customers are allowed up to three (3) free revisions of their design layout.

Additional revisions beyond the free limit will incur an extra charge.

Order Processing and Completion

Once the transaction is confirmed, JM Escalante will complete the order within one (1) week.

Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

By accessing and using this Web Ordering Management System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this system.

User Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for order processing and internal record-keeping.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

System Usage

The system is designed for placing garment orders with JM Escalante Garments Trading. Any misuse, including unauthorized access or tampering, is strictly prohibited.

The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the system at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and system functionalities, is the property of JM Escalante Garments Trading and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

JM Escalante Garments Trading is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.

Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the system after any changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
